A: The Long Island Sports Academy is the largest summer sports camp provider on Long Island. It is the official baseball camp of the Long Island Ducks professional baseball team, Our baseball camps offer campers an exclusive day at Citibank Park, home of the Long Island Ducks.

Q: Camps are available for what ages?
A: Our programs are designed for children starting at 3 years of age thru 15 years of age. All campers are grouped by age and ability, we offer special hours for the younger campers and full days for older children. You can go to our schedule page or the sport of your choice for our camp hours.
Q: What type of medical coverage is provided at each camp site?
A: Our camps are fully insured and staffed with a certified athletic trainer. Each of our instructors are also certified and trained in CPR and First Aid in case of emergencies.
Q: What is the counselor to camper ratio?
A: The age of campers dictates the ratio, but typically our ratio is one counselor for every 10 to 12 campers.
Q: What should campers bring to camp?
A: All campers are required to bring their own food and drink. Baseball campers are required to bring their own helmets, gloves, bats, and rubber cleats (no metal spikes). All campers should wear a cap,sunscreen, and comfortable clothing.
Q: What about bad weather?
A: Please check the website as it will be updated to show daily weather alerts by 8:00 am the day of camp. Please do not call the camp office.
Q: Refund policy?
A: Our refund policy is simple. There are no cash refunds; however, you can select an alternative camp site in the event the original site is unavailable. Please keep in mind that Long Island Sports Academy has no control of the weather and cannot guarantee a rain date.

Q: How do we sign-up?
A: You can sign-up using this website by downloading a registration form for the appropriate location. If you received a 2009 brochure in the mail please fill it out and mail it in with your payment.
